Concrete Mixers have a combination requirement: Remove combo, or publish it

Fix gas stations so we can refuel and rearm

I addressed this issue, about two years ago.
And had forgotten about it, since I never use the mixer anymore.
I just buy the materials, or do missions that yield concrete parts.

You don't interact with the concrete mixer.
It's like a workbench. You just have to be near it to use it.
So, don't scroll the mouse wheel on it.
Just have the materials you need in your inventory,
and click the recipes. One of the items required to build
concrete items, is a concrete mixer. But, like the workbench,
you just have to be near it.

Give it a try, and let me know.

Concrete walls are in very short supply in missions. If you don't mind making bases of
windows, gates, and doors, you can get by. I built one of these on our Altas server. It looked
like a hillbilly sky scraper. hehehehe

I lost 7 walls worth of concrete const materials in the attempt to make walls, so I won't be able
to try this for a while. I'll let you know.

This brings up another addition to the punch list. Several players of Arma3 regularly lose
their bases due to the ridiculously short expiration time of 7 days for payment of the stupid
extorion fees. I believe this and the vehicle expiry time should be increased to 30 days.
Who wants to build a nice base when it vanishes because real life takes precedence over gaming? :)

Verified: I was able to make concrete items at the cement mixer.

regarding the base payments. it was increased a while ago to two weeks for vehicles, and I believe 3 or 4 weeks for bases.
I'll have to look.

Problem with high numbers, is that it lags the server. For example, a group of 3 pubbers can come in, and play for a couple of days,
easily accumulating lets say 5 vehicles each. that's 15 vehicles. then they disappear for 30 days (the pubbers) and don't come back
to play for a while. Now those vehics are lagging the server. Mind you, this is just 3 pubbers, with vehics, not including any bases
they may add.

believe it or not, the player list is HUMONGUS. we may not even see 2/3 of the pubbers that may pop in and play, and acquire
vehics, bases, safes, etc.

that's really the only reason to put a cap on it; no other reason.

Built a base, had to work IRL and came back 4 days later. The base was gone but helo was untouched. Go figure. :lolsign:

Territory lifetime was set to 14 days. I will change it to 30 days.

Remember to pay protection money. And make sure flag was not stolen
and/or destroyed. If you let me know when (date and approximate time)
that you think it may have disappeard, I can check the logs for
what happened to it.

Also, if you let me know the day it vanished I can bring it back.
That is, if three days haven't passed since it vanished. Because
by then, the database permanently deletes it.

Current settings:

base deletes after 30 days if protection money not paid.

vehicles delete after 21 days if not accessed

base permanently deletes after 7 days (from database...after which, I can't bring it back)

Latest Changes as of today:

    Added Empty Fuel Barrel for sale at traders (hardware).
    Added capability to fill Empty Fuel Barrel at a fuel source (using recipe).
    Added capability to refuel vehicles and choppers using a Fuel Barrel (Full).
    Tweaked missions to turn down that Ai a bit (all 32 missions, edited individually, one at a time)

    *Note on missions: They weren't really turned up that high. The static missions have always been
    hardcore by default. I turned that down to "moderate".
    Regarding the 32 missions, the difficulty is dependent on the reward. A beer run mission is "easy",
    a "Construction Materials" mission is "hardcore", and many of the missions were designed using
    an array for the difficulty, where the mission difficulty would be random each time, with a chance of
    being "Hardcore", "Difficult", "Moderate", or "Easy". And, it has never been a 25% chance of each.
    It's always been like 10% chance of Hardcore, 15% chance of Difficult, 50% chance of Moderate, and 25% chance of Easy.

    However, since most have complained about how difficult they Ai are, I turned all those odds down too on the higher end, and increased the odds on the lower end.

    I thought letting you guys know about the "details" of what goes on behind each mission, would ruin the game (as it does for me, but, what choice do I have).
    So, don't expect that the missions, or Ai will always behave the same. Those days are gone (Arma 2). What keeps it interesting is not knowing
    how these missions were designed. And, not knowing what to expect because it will always be different. That's what's been keeping this
    server interesting for all, for so long (like the Altis one).

The following is directly from the Lythium Map creator (well, who ever ported it):

*Replaced 5 Non-functioning Jbad Fuel Stations with similar Arma versions
*Only 2 of the original Fuel Stations would and still do auto refuel
*9 Fuel Stations added to fill in gaps (with map markers)
*Fueling is manual on all added fuel stations

So, if you guys find the information different on other Lythium servers, they must have
added some custom code which is not published. And I don't have time to write it.

Started new project for auto fueling at fuel stations, and ran into issues.
