Since some of you have been building new systems lately,
and/or some of you have been suspecting issues with hardware,
I thought I'd post some links to some diagnostics tools:

BURN IN: http://passmark.com/products/bit.htm
You can "burn in" your new system. To "burn in" your system you use a tool that
simultaneously stress tests all the main subsystems of a computer, for endurance, reliability, and stability.

MemTest86+: http://www.memtest.org/
A free, standalone memory testing program.
You can download a utility that formats a USB flash drive,
and makes it bootable, so you can run the memory tests
on boot, without having to be in your operating system.

Prime 95: http://www.mersenne.org/download/
This is a tool for you "overclockers" out there.
If you've overclocked your system, this will test it's stability.

Aida64: http://www.aida64.com/
A complete PC diagnostics software utility that assists you while installing,
optimizing or troubleshooting your computer. The utility provides all information
about your system, from hardware devices and installed drivers, to operating system security and stability metrics.

PC Wizard 2010: http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/pc-wizard.html
A utility designed for detection of hardware, it also analyzes and benchmarks hardware:
CPU performance, cache performance, RAM performance, hard disk performance,
CD/DVD-ROM performance, removable/flash media performance, video performance, and MP3 compression performance.
